NVIDIA has discovered “design flaws” in its upcoming series of AI chips that may push their release back at least three months, reports. The company has reportedly started notifying customers of the delay, including Microsoft. Large orders of the new Blackwell chips were initially slated to start shipping sometime this year, but sources told The Information that they’re now not expected until early 2025.
