My physical condition has gradually been improving recently, so I went out for a short run. However, the weather was really cold and windy, and I wasn’t dressed warmly enough, so I gave up after 10 minutes. Even though it was just a brief jog, it still helped relieve a lot of stress.
Today, I read some books, planned out what I need to do next week, and solved a technical issue. I also tested the effectiveness of some prompts. Although these were minor tasks and took quite a bit of time, they significantly eased my mental stress. Now I’m ready to take on the week ahead!
