Securiti launches Gencore AI to enhance secure enterprise generative AI adoption – SiliconANGLE

Unified data control startup Securiti Inc. today announced the release of Gencore AI, a new solution that can easily and quickly build safe, enterprise-grade generative artificial intelligence systems, copilots and AI agents.

Gencore AI has been designed to accelerate generative AI adoption in the enterprise by making it easy to build unstructured and structured data and AI pipelines from hundreds of data systems. It does so by automatically learning data controls, such as entitlement in underlying systems, and applying them to the AI usage layer.

The service protects AI systems against malicious use and provides full governance of the entire AI system for monitoring and control. Gencore AI also provides the ability to choose from a rich library of large language models and vector databases to build diverse AI systems, copilots and agents.

Securiti argues that with generative AI set to drive significant productivity gains, the biggest barrier to deploying generative AI systems at scale is safely connecting to data systems while ensuring proper controls and governance through the AI pipeline. Added to the mix is that the majority of organization data is typically unstructured data, meaning that it’s critical to govern and control these assets properly as they are used to fuel AI.

Gencore AI addresses these challenges by allowing organizations to safely connect to hundreds of data systems while preserving data controls and governance as data flows into AI systems. The service is powered by a unique knowledge graph that maintains granular contextual insights about data, systems and controls that align with corporate policies and entitlements.

Organizations can use Gencore AI to streamline the creation of secure, end-to-end AI systems or enhance generative AI projects with foundational components. For features such as enterprise AI copilots and knowledge systems, Gencore AI integrates data across multiple sources in minutes.

Gencore AI also enables efficient, secure synchronization of both structured and unstructured data from software-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-service, private clouds and data warehouses into vector databases. Through the conversion of data into custom embeddings with preserved metadata, enterprises can prepare data effectively for large language model applications and optimize large-scale data handling for AI initiatives across the organization.

In addition to data handling, Gencore AI also supports data curation and sanitation that delivers high-quality, structured datasets for AI model training and tuning. The platform includes an LLM Firewall that protects interactions in natural language processing to ensure adherence to enterprise policies.
