TigerEye's new AI Analyst offers enhanced decision-making in sales and revenue operations - SiliconANGLE

Artificial intelligence-powered planning and revenue management platform company TigerEye Labs Inc. today announced the launch of its conversational AI Analyst, a new service designed to help professionals make faster, smarter decisions by answering complex questions about the business through a simple app.

AI Analyst has been built to be time-aware, allowing teams to ask about opportunities, forecasts, revenue, top-of-funnel metrics, segmentation and changes over time, with the results delivering on-demand reports and actionable insights. Differing from traditional enterprise solutions, the service allows companies to fact-check sources, see specific data points that are being pulled and view the math behind the analysis, all in one click.

The new service uses large language models in a multi-agent framework to draw on real-time and historical data, with AI combined with business intelligence delivering reliable, accurate insights, according to the company. AI Analyst provides instant answers that help go-to-market teams save time without the need for new data modeling or additional spreadsheet work, allowing them to plan ahead, make better hiring decisions and manage resources more effectively, TigerEye claims.

The service also helps customers move beyond reactive analytics to help teams anticipate trends, make proactive decisions and optimize business functions using historical and real-time data from sources like sales, marketing and finance. And it connects with customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and marketing automation to allow businesses to track changes and forecast future performance.

Key benefits of TigerEye’s AI Analyst include conversational business intelligence that provides real-time answers on pipeline, segmentation, accounts and revenue through a chat interface. Users can generate reports without SQL skills, explore and share insights, and automate standard reporting to access the latest data in graphical form.

Additional features such as AI-powered business summaries through “Radar” keep leaders updated on key changes. TigerEye enables teams to forecast growth by tracking CRM and ERP data and ensures secure, role-based access managed by the information technology department, enhancing data security and controlled visibility across teams.

“Our AI Analyst is built on a flexible architecture to easily adapt to the changing world of AI,” Ralph Gootee, chief technology officer and co-founder of TigerEye, commented on the release. “This allows customers to choose the best model for their needs, whether it’s OpenAI, Gemini, Llama3 or others. We provide customized answers tailored to each business while ensuring privacy and security at every step.”

TigerEye is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $35 million over two rounds, according to data from Tracxn. Investors in the company include Initialized Capital Management, Next47 GmbH, V Angel, Sterling Road Management and Y Combinator Management.
