boundary can be pre-rendered separately, improving performance without compromising interactivity.

Sometimes non-essential tasks, like logging or analytics, can slow a site down resulting in a poorer experience for the user. With Next.js’s new unstable_after
flag, you can offload these background operations resulting in a faster initial response for the user. This helps improve page load times resulting in a better UX and better SEO.
Improvements to the Developer Experience
The create-next-app
template has been overhauled making it easier for developers to set up new projects. With the addition of TurboPack being integrated into the setup process, it’s now much faster and more efficient when starting a new project from scratch.
