Warning spoilers ahead for the first nine episodes of “Love Is Blind: UK” season one.
Nicole and Benaiah may still make it work on “Love Is Blind: UK” despite a rocky start on the show.
But, for now, there’s no evidence that they stuck together after filming ended.
In the first four episodes of “Love Is Blind: UK,” the latest spin-off of Netflix’s hugely popular “Love Is Blind” brand, Nicole bonds with two men: Benaiah and Sam.
In episode three, Benaiah tells Nicole he is ready to commit to a marriage, but by then, she has already accepted a proposal from Sam. This hurts Benaiah because he warned Nicole not to trust Sam in episode two.
In episode four, Nicole suddenly breaks off her engagement to Sam after meeting him for the first time, claiming that something isn’t right.
She then apologizes to Benaiah in episode five in an attempt to make things right.
“I need to follow my heart, and there’s no one else I’d want to spend my life with than Benaiah,” Nicole says to the camera. “This time, I’m really gonna open my heart, and hopefully, he’ll like what I have to say.”
Benaiah accepts the apology and proposes, making Nicole and Benaiah the sixth couple of “Love Is Blind: UK” season one.
From there, Nicole and Benaiah are a solid couple as they go on holiday to Greece and meet each other’s family members in episodes five to nine.
But the Sam situation becomes a problem again in episode eight during a big group party attended by most of the season’s contestants.
Nicole just wants to end the drama, so she returns Sam’s ring and bracelet. However, Benaiah still thinks Sam isn’t trustworthy and confronts him. During the confrontation, Sam reveals that Nicole wanted to sleep with him after they got engaged.
Benaiah storms off and tells Nicole what Sam said, but she again says she wants to move on.
Nicole and Benaiah still seem keen to progress to the wedding, but fans must wait until the season finale to find out if they get married.
Nicole and Benaiah don’t follow each other on Instagram
Nicole and Benaiah’s social media accounts provide no hints as to whether they are together. Netflix dating reality show contestants tend not to post about their relationships before season finales to avoid giving spoilers.
However, they are not following each other on Instagram, which could mean they did not work out. Both Benaiah and Nicole follow other contestants from the competition.
Fans will likely have to wait until the reunion episode premieres on August 26.
