Difference between Power Apps and Custom App
Before telling about Power Apps , first of all i will discuss when and why we use power apps instead of custom apps
When We Should Power Apps
1.Clear and Simple Requirements
When we have clear requirements of the business(requirements should be simple not complex ) then we will prefer to use power apps instead of custom apps, in power apps we can not add complex functionality
2. Number of users
When we have a limited of users (such as a team of some people) then we will use Power Apps because Power Apps can not bear high load of users.We can simply say that when we have internal users(such a team of a organisation) then we will build our apps in Power Apps and when we have external users then we will go with custom apps
3. No SEO Needs
When we don’t need SEO of our apps then we will use power apps instead of custom apps
4. Budget
When We can not afford any Developer and don’t have a high budget then we will use power apps
5. No Need for updates
When our apps don’t need any updates in the apps then we will go with Power Apps

When we have simple requirements, low budget, no need of updates, no need of SEO and also have limited number of Users then we will use Power Apps instead of Custom Apps
